Winner of the Binge Fringe Black Performers Award 2025, Andrea Coleman kills again with 3 Times I Killed.
After a 17-year-long legal career as a lawyer, Coleman reminisces on three unexplainable moments of divine intervention that made her win seemingly unwinnable cases. Through her natural calling to ‘Divine’, Coleman learns to listen to her and to execute her wishes, turning the underdog into a stone-cold killer.
This was a stellar, high-stakes show that dived deep into the drama and intricacies of being a lawyer in New York City.
How prepared are you to claim your destiny? When the whisper says go left do you follow accordingly? Can you trust your instinct? Coleman delivers a unmissable testimony on the urgency of listening when you think all has been lost.
Coleman is a magnificent storyteller pulling the audience in with precise comedic timing and earnest recollection. Donned with a slick red suit jacket: a colour she doesn’t particularly like but always provides her with immense luck.
Well, is it luck, Coleman’s tenacity, or is it divine intervention? You can’t help but think the divine gets too much credit for the powerhouse that is Andrea Coleman.
3 Times I Killed is a show for anyone who has beaten the odds, trusted themselves inexplicably and is prepared to follow the beat of their own drum, regardless of how unconventional it may be.
Recommended Drink: Painkiller.
