Egg is The Biggest Unborn Artist of All Time!
From the Malcolm Hardee nominees for Comic Originality comes the joyous new show, Egg: The Biggest Unborn Artist — a magical circus comedy concert and celebration of being unapologetically yourself — and if you can’t be yourself, be Egg, because Egg is awesome.
Born out of the internationally acclaimed circus comedy duo The Birdmann and Egg,
Egg: The Biggest Unborn Artist is full of musical comedy, circus tricks and heartfelt songs, as Egg tries to find their place in the big wide world, and asks the big question:
Why are we so desperate to fit in (when the greatest ideas came from people who didn’t?)
Egg: The Biggest Unborn Artist draws heavily from the personal experience of its performer/composer, Sachie Mikawa, who has forged a career as an Asian woman artist in five different countries, and its writer/director, Trent H Baumann with his evolution of performance styles and genres spanning over decades. Together, the husband-and-wife team has created and toured over 20 shows around the world in the last 14 years.
If you ever felt like outsiders or not fitting in, this one’s for you!
