Now in its second year, and in collaboration with Blemme Fatale Productions, 4 awards will be given out to celebrate the achievements, contributions, and quality of work presented by Black Performers at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe 2026.
Shows have been assessed by Binge Fringe, Fringebiscuit, Lovers of Black Theatre and Doing Black Things With My Black Friends. Our shortlist is now to be judged by independent assessors – a panel made up of leading Black journalists and theatre directors. Four awards will be given out at a ceremony to be held on Saturday 29th August at 11am at Pleasance Courtyard – Cabaret Bar. All are welcome to attend.
